Michael Lapomardo, Jr.
President/Senior Project Manager/CS

As President of Antonelli Construction Co. Inc., Michael has worked in every facet of the business from basic carpentry to managing allareas of operation including marketing and sales, new business development,contract negotiation, project management, and customer relations. With over 35 years of business and construction experience, Michael brings to each project the following experience:

• Licensed Construction Supervisor
• Management of simultaneous projects with proven track record of completing said projects under or within budget and within mission-critical deadlines
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to minimize costs and insure the timely delivery of inventory replenishment
• Thorough understanding of all state and governmental agency requirements Extensive knowledge of a wide variety of engineering and construction techniques

Mark Lapomardo
Senior Project Manager/Construction Supervisor/Treasurer

As a principal and Senior Project Manager/Construction Supervisor of Antonelli Construction Co., Mark has been primarily responsible for field supervision of projects.  His 37 years of experience includes extensive knowledge of all aspects of new construction and renovation work including the following:

• Securing and filing appropriate permits
• Project estimating and materials requirements planning
• Vendor and subcontractor selection and negotiation
• Direct field supervision and management of trades.
• Layout and coordination for project

Adam Daniels
Project Field Supervisor

Adam is a Massachusetts licensed Construction Supervisor.  Adam has been working for Antonelli Construction since 1988 and in that time has proven to be a valuable member of the team. He has substantial experience in performing construction related tasks unique to the biotech industry, as well as acting in the capacity of Project Field Supervisor.
